Shipping costs

- For Spain: If your order is over €39.90 you will have free shipping to the Peninsula.

For purchases under €39.90, shipping costs are €4.90

- For the Canary and Balearic Islands, please consult prices.

- For Portugal: If your order is over €69.90 you will have free shipping in the Peninsula. For purchases under €69.90, shipping costs are €9.90

- For Zone 1 of Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, UK, Czech Republic), shipping costs for purchases under €99.99 will be €19.90. Free for orders over €100

- For archipelagos, please consult prices.

RETURNS

To make a return, you must send an email to iiinfo@azulcalabaza.com and we will inform you how to proceed.

You will only have to pay for the shipping costs.

Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and with the tag. Please include the order form with the return.

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive the amount of the refund in the same way you made your purchase. The refund does not include the shipping costs of the order.

Once we receive the items in our store, we will proceed to return them to you,

The company reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

CHANGES

To make a change of size or color, we will send you a courier at no cost, for the first change.

If you are exchanging for an item of a different value, we will send you a code so that the shipping costs are free. You would only have to give the courier the item you want to exchange and he will deliver the new item to you.

You will not be entitled to exchanges or returns on any of the following products:

1. Personalized items

2. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Delivery times:

Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days from receipt of the order for the peninsular territory.

For other destinations the delivery time is one week.

No deliveries will be made on Saturdays and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will leave our warehouse on Monday.

If delivery is not made, the transport company will contact you to arrange a second delivery.
